Stephen is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. In addition to hosting "The Missoula Podcast," he finds great fulfillment in activities such as Toastmasters and leading groups for men seeking freedom from addiction. Stephen naturally gravitates towards those who are in need of assistance, which stems from his own personal experiences of overcoming challenges with the help of remarkable individuals who guided him out of tough situations. Discovering the concept of financial freedom has been one of the most transformative gifts in Stephen's life. Since embarking on this journey towards financial health in 2017, he has immersed himself in continuous learning and eagerly shares his knowledge with others. Learning about budgeting, saving, and wealth-building has proven to be invaluable tools that have positively impacted Stephen's own life and the lives of his loved ones. In 2019, Stephen's newfound passion led him to join Glidewell, where he currently holds the position of EVP of Business Leadership. His role allows him to simplify the insurance process for individuals, ensuring they find precisely what they need. Stephen is immensely grateful for the opportunity to provide prayer and support to those navigating difficult circumstances. He believes that he has been entrusted with a ministry of compassion for the broken-hearted and downtrodden. While Stephen primarily serves as a personal lines advisor, specializing in home and auto insurance, he also takes joy in training and guiding his colleagues to help them achieve their goals.
